Shipping

Roam Art Designs ships worldwide. We are based in the United States and ship to those states and territories for a low, flat rate. International shipments are all covered under the same flat rate. If you place an order to New Zealand, we will contact you with additional information.

Return/Exchange Policy

We offer a ninety (90) day return/exchange policy which begins the day you receive your item.  If ninety days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange outside of warranty claims based on the warranty section of this policy.

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, send us a message via our contact form and let us know the reason for your return. No returns will be accepted without an approval from us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item has any blemishes, tears, scrapes etc, the item will not be eligible for return unless subjected to a warranty claim at the discretion of Roam Art Designs.

Warranty

All our products come with a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

If the defect is deemed to be an error in the manufacturing process, we will either repair or replace the product free of charge. The choice to repair or replace will be at the discretion of Roam Art Designs.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, lost or stolen items, or improper care.
