What is your lead time?

All bags are currently shipping about 3-4 business days after their order date.

As a cottage brand, we handle everything from design, business, and manufacturing under one roof. We currently operate on a made to order basis, sewing a bag only after receiving an order. This means that we can assure you that we provide the highest quality of product to all our customers. This lead time is an estimate and may be shorter or longer depending on our order volume and production queue. We appreciate your patience and eagerness to make art with Roam.

Are Roam bags waterproof?

All our fabrics are treated with a Durable Water Repellant (DWR) coating. This protects your bag from water and dirt so that neither absorbs into the fabric and extends the longevity of your bag. Water will bead on the surface, but the DWR, unsealed seams, and non-waterproof zipper will not stop water from getting through to your supplies, especially if fully submerged.

Our Plunge foldable water cup is fully waterproof and will not leak. While in use, the webbing rim may become saturated with water and drip or make wet spots on the face of the fabric.

How do I clean my Roam bag?

Spot cleaning with a wet rag for minor blemishes. For a fully soiled bag, we recommend handwashing with mild detergent then hang bag to air dry.  Machine wash is not recommended.
